I upgraded from an entry level paddle. My goal was to get a paddle with more texture which would help me add spin to my game. I had tried a friends $380. paddle which was great but I did not want to spend that much. I took my old paddle into the store to show them what I had and shared the model that I had tried. I explained what I was looking to gain. The provided me four paddles to try on their indoor test court that were all within my price range. I liked the feel of the Mark TwoR2 and have since tired it during game play for 4 hours. I noticed that adding spin to the ball was now easy. What I am learning is how to control it better.
