Free ship:

CANADA and USA:

Free shipping on order $99.00 or more pre tax in Canada (exclude Yukon, NW Territory and Nunavut) and the 48 Contiguous United States. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii and other areas). Items apply to paddles, shoes, gears and accessories only.

Free shipping products are shipped by standard ground method of couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex, ICS etc. Pickleball Superstore will decide which courier to be used. Free shipping doesn't have signature nor insurance service. Customers will be responsible for the additional cost should they want this service. 
Package lost will follow courier's claim procedure and claim maximum amount.
Shipment may take 1 to 10 business days to arrive depending on location.
Free Shipping Policy is NOT valid for heavy or oversize items that are greater than 5 kg (11 lbs) (i.e. ball machines, permanent nets, court equipment etc.)
The shipping cost for heavy or oversize items can be viewed in the shopping cart.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

STOREFRONT PICK UP


At Pickleball Superstore, we offer a handful of shipping options including "Storefront Pick Up".  


Customers have the choice during online checkout to choose "Storefront Pick Up” or other shipping options.


If selecting the storefront pick up option, customers will receive an email when their order is ready. Please note, orders must be picked up during store hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm

Items will only be on HOLD for 3 months. After that we will put the item back for sale and the amount you paid will be applied as store credit. If you are not in town to pick up the items and would like us to hold your item longer please email support@pickleballsuperstore.ca to let us know. 


FAQ 


Will I be able to track my order? 


All customers will be able to track their order. Each customer will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order and a second email when the product has been officially shipped. This confirmation of shipment will include a tracking number and a link so customers may track their order. If you don't receive a confirmation of shipment within 3 business days, please email support@pickleballsuperstore.ca  


Where can I track my order? 


After you receive your confirmation shipping email with your tracking number, items can be tracked using the service of the courier.
