The Bantam ESQ-C was designed in collaboration with pickleball pro, Andrea Koop, to provide a combination of power, spin, and forgiveness. PT-700 unidirectional RAW carbon fiber is combined with our more powerful 12.7mm Bantam core to give serious players controllable power and spin capability, and with our more forgiving 14.3mm Bantam core to give serious players controllable power and spin capability. A 5 1⁄2” handle reduces wind drag and allows for a two-handed backhand, while a large, consistent sweet spot adds finesse to every shot. Performance Grip

All standard grip paddles are equipped with our Ultra Cushion High Tack Performance Grip. All thin grip paddles are equipped with our High Tack Performance Grip.

High manoeuvrability with controllable pop and power. Very satisfying at the kitchen. Sweet spot is small even with perimeter weighting so it will take some time to dial in and it is noticeably smaller than on the 14.3mm. However, I prefer the feel of this 12.7 which is a more linear response even though it offers less stability. It is currently my main, great paddle!
