I had a store credit, so I purchased three Selkirk Pro S1’s with the belief they had a 1-year no-crack warranty. I played with one today, and within three games, it noticeably went out of round.
I visited the Pickleball Superstore website and read reviews on the Selkirk Pro S1, noting that Selkirk's 1 Year No-Crack Warranty is NOT offered with any balls sold within Canada.
After further research on the Selkirk website, it clearly says: “Warranty applies only to retail end users who must currently reside in the United States and must have originally purchased Pro S1 Pickleball Balls at selkirk.com or from a United States Selkirk authorized retailer.” Additionally, a $6 US shipping charge applies, and a minimum of four balls must be returned for the warranty to be valid.
I understand that pickleball’s will crack or go out of round are part of the game, but I just wanted to inform those who are purchasing the Selkirk Pro S1 for the no-crack warranty to be aware of the conditions!

According to Selkirk's warranty policy, they don't offer a one-year warranty on balls in Canada. I suspect it's because it's so cold in Canada, and the balls tend to crack.

I received my order in a timely fashion, the package or the Pickleballs were not damaged from shipping. I have only played a few games with one Pickleball, but I have not had any issues with the way the ball bounces or being hit hard several times.
I have received the balls, there were some issues along the way, but everythings has been resolved. The balls quality is excellent. I am so happy and will definitely place another order next time. Thank you.
